Practice 01

Impact Measurement & Capital Readiness

For businesses proving impact and positioning for capital.

  • Impact narrative and strategy. Defining what a business's impact truly is, validated against operations.
  • Impact measurement frameworks. Indicators, data flows, and reporting cadence built to be operated.
  • Impact-capital readiness. Mapping the capital a business qualifies for, and closing the gap to it.
Practice 02

Program Design, Funding & Delivery

For institutions building initiatives that must work at scale.

  • Program design and fundraising. Full-lifecycle support from opportunity scoping through scale-up.
  • Operational infrastructure for scale. Governance, team structures, and reporting workflows that scale.
  • Stakeholder and coalition building. Cross-sector alignment across business, policy, and development.

Market research and intelligence. Actionable insight for investment decisions, market entry, and growth in dynamic operating environments.

Founder

About the Managing Director

Tobi Durotoye, Managing Director

Tobi Durotoye has spent over a decade building and running programs where commercial performance and public outcomes successfully worked together to sustain business and social impact. In his career he has established impact program operations from scratch, led delivery teams across eight markets in Africa and Asia, and advised company executives, regulators, and funders on the same problems from different sides of the table.

That work has included impact rating systems that companies continue to adopt. Working with industry partners, associations, and regulators, he designed and scaled nutrition and ESG benchmarking initiatives across Nigeria and Kenya, taken up at majority market share and built to strengthen companies' access to markets and finance. He holds an MA in International Commerce and Policy from George Mason University and a BA from Wake Forest University.

He founded AxisBridge on a simple observation: the businesses best placed to deliver impact in African markets are rarely the ones best equipped to prove it — and the programs meant to support them are rarely designed for how those markets actually work. AxisBridge exists to close both gaps.
